The Back to School Bash for our 2019-2020 School year is right around the corner. Join us on Monday August 19, 2019 from 11:30am-2:30pm at The Woodlands Methodist School.
The Back to School Bash will feature a school-wide art project for all parents, families, administrators and teachers to participate in. Students will have the opportunity to write their names on custom-painted Lego pieces that will be added into a large Lego Mosaic Art picture that will be given to our school. The Lego art mosaic will be created by TWMS parent and local artist Joseph Kraham.
Please plan to arrive early to add your student’s name to this beautiful mosaic that is inspired by The TWMS Eagle Mascot.
Uniform Resale & Spirit Store – The Back to School Bash is a wonderful opportunity to score some great-looking uniform pieces at only $5 per item. Uniform Resale and Spirit Store items are cash or check only. This is great time to stock up and refresh your Eagle’s TWMS closet.
Volunteer Opportunities abound at the Back to School Bash. We’re looking for a few volunteers to help out in the 2019-2020 school year as:
- Classroom Social Coordinators
- Classroom Photographers
- Grandparents Day Volunteers
- Volunteers for our Boots and Bling Fundraiser
- And much more
No experience is necessary to volunteer. You can volunteer for as much or as little as you would like to.
Food Trucks and More
In between adding to our school Lego Art project, visiting your classrooms and teachers and shopping the Spirit Store, come hungry. There will be a variety of food trucks outside our school, ready to serve you and your family lunch!
